I primarily belong from a middle class family from Western Odisha Sambalpur city. Commenced my schooling from a Odia medium school and thereafter completed my graduation from GM college. After that I relocated to Delhi in the year 1996, in order to pursue my dreams and fulfill my aspirations. I came to Delhi with loads of zeal, excitement and a passion to excel and be the best at whatever I do.

My journey was definitely not an easy one to start off with, as I came across numerous hurdles and roadblocks in the beginning, specially coming from a Non-English speaking background. However, I stood strong with my hard work, dedication and perseverance, and thus finally managed to overcome all the adversities.

I have always believed that nothing is impossible, if you work hard towards it and are determined to achieve it. A positive though process is equally important and I am a strong believer in the quote “Be the change that you wish to see in the world”. We should also be receptive and adapt to changes with time, as we should never forget that “change is the only constant in life. ”I have also been very lucky to be motivated and nurtured by some of the most inspiring professionals in our fraternity, who have guided me throughout and I will always remain indebted to them.

ମୁଁ ମୁଖ୍ୟତଃ ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ସମ୍ବଲପୁର ସହରର ଏକ ମଧ୍ୟବିତ୍ତ ପରିବାରରୁ ଆସିଛି | ଏକ ଓଡିଆ ମଧ୍ୟମ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରୁ ମୋର ପାଠପଢା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିଥିଲି, ତା’ପରେ ଜିଏମ୍ କଲେଜରୁ ମୋର ସ୍ନାତକ ସମାପ୍ତ କଲି | ଏହା ପରେ ମୁଁ ମୋର ସ୍ୱପ୍ନକୁ ସାକାର କରିବା ଏବଂ ମୋର ଆକାଂକ୍ଷା ପୂରଣ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ୧୯୯୬ ମସିହାରେ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀକୁ ସ୍ଥାନାନ୍ତରିତ ହେଲି। ମୁଁ ବହୁତ ଉତ୍ସାହ, ଆବେଗ ଏବଂ ଦୃଢ ଇଚ୍ଛାଶକ୍ତି ସହ ଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ଆସିଥିଲି ଏବଂ ଯାହା ବି କରିବି ସେଥିରେ ଉତ୍କର୍ଷତା ହାସଲ କରିବା ମୋର ଲକ୍ଷ ଥିଲା |ମୋର ପ୍ରାରମ୍ଭିକ ଯାତ୍ରା ନିଶ୍ଚିତ ଭାବରେ ସହଜ ନଥିଲା, ଯେହେତୁ ମୁଁ ଆରମ୍ଭରେ ଅନେକ ବାଧାବିଘ୍ନ ଏବଂ ସମସ୍ୟାର ସାମ୍ନା କରିଥିଲି, ବିଶେଷ ଭାବରେ ଏକ ଅଣ-ଇଂରାଜୀ ଭାଷା ପୃଷ୍ଠଭୂମିରୁ ଆସିଥିଲି ଯାହା ମୋ ପାଇଁ କଠିନ ଥିଲା | ତଥାପି, ମୁଁ ମୋର କଠିନ ପରିଶ୍ରମ, ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗୀକୃତତା ଏବଂ ସ୍ଥିରତା ସହିତ ଦୃଢ଼ ଭାବରେ ଠିଆ ହେଲି, ଏବଂ ଶେଷରେ ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରତିକୂଳ ପରିସ୍ଥିତିକୁ ହରେଇବାରେ ସଫଳ ହେଲି |ମୁଁ ସବୁବେଳେ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ କରି ଆସିଛି ଯେ କିଛି ବି ଅସମ୍ଭବ ନୁହେଁ, ଯଦି ତୁମେ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା କରି କଠିନ ପରିଶ୍ରମ କର ଏବଂ ଏହାକୁ ହାସଲ କରିବାକୁ ସ୍ଥିର କର | ଏକ ସକାରାତ୍ମକ ଚିନ୍ତାଧାରା ସମାନ ଭାବରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଏବଂ ମୁଁ ଦୃଢ଼ ଭାବରେ ଏହି ଉଦ୍ଧୃତ ରେ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ ରଖେ “Be the change that you wish to see in the world” | ଆମେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସମୟ ସହ ହେଉଥିବ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କୁ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବା ଉଚିତ ଏବଂ ସମୟ ସହିତ ଖାପ ଖୁଆଇବା ଚାଲିବା ଉଚିତ, ଏବଂ ଆମେ କେବେବି ଭୁଲିଯିବା ଉଚିତ ନୁହେଁ ଯେ “ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ହେଉଛି ଜୀବନର ଏକମାତ୍ର ସ୍ଥିରତା | ”ମୋର ବୃତ୍ତିରେ କିଛି ପ୍ରେରଣାଦାୟକ, ପେଷାଦାର ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିବିଶେଷଙ୍କ ଦ୍ଵାରା ଉତ୍ସାହିତ ଏବଂ ଲାଳନପାଳନ ହୋଇଥିବ ହେତୁ ମୁଁ ମଧ୍ୟ ବହୁତ ଭାଗ୍ୟବାନ ମାନେକରେ। ଯେଉଁମାନେ ମୋତେ ମାର୍ଗଦର୍ଶନ କରିଛନ୍ତି, ମୁଁ ସର୍ବଦା ସେମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ଋଣୀହୋଇ ରହିବି।
